Chef Sarah LorenzenLocated in downtown Seattle, with Chef Sarah Lorenzen at the helm, Andaluca is a nationally recognized culinary oasis featuring seasonal Northwest foods influenced by the flavors of the Mediterranean. Throughout the restaurant, mahogany mill work, hand painted murals and plush, deep-toned fabrics work together to conjure up a warmth felt in the sun-baked Mediterranean. Andaluca is known for its array of tapas-inspired sharable plates served family style or as starters to main entrees. Since 1996 Andaluca Restaurant has won numerous awards including "Most Romantic Restaurant" by readers of Seattle Magazine and most recently Chef Sarah and her team won "Best of Show" at Seattle's Lamb Jam. Andaluca is located at 407 Olive Way, Seattle, WA, 98101 next to the Mayflower Park Hotel and provides complimentary valet parking for all guests. Andaluca is open for breakfast and dinner and is owned and operated by local owners Birney and Marie Dempcy.
